Precedence
Plus is a provider-owned,
not-for-profit behavioral health PPO that is currently capable of functioning as an
integrated delivery system.
The system is based on the existing Precedence model, established in
1992. Precedence is a not-for-profit, provider-owned PPO offering EAP, Utilization
Management and an Integrated Delivery System for the greater Quad-Cities region of
Illinois and Iowa.
